Description

This turn key project began with design, environmental and local permitting. Valmont Newmark as a global concrete pole manufacture has initiated first of its kind, high production small utility pole facility, the project included traveling to and dismantling a Skako plant in Barstow California followed by shipping and reinstall at Fort Meade, FL

This multiple spinner technology utilized Steam generation to extract poles from there forms, 1 Million BTU heater and curing chamber with mechanical lid aided in the curing process. Turnkey construction consisted of full site development 13 acre of reclaim land, concrete piles driven to the earths hard pan,

Foundations, seventy plus thousand square foot metal building, production work floor, tower crane, Jib cranes, full ready mix plant,  Type II system, Ground storage bins, automated pole carts, 2 overhead cranes, QC lab, control room, gang bathrooms, shop and storage area, 5000 SF management and sales office
